At approximately 9 PM Eastern, after an application deployment, Bloomerang engineers noticed an elevated error rate in the Bloomerang CRM. They managed to track the issue down to a renaming operation in "recent reports" functionality. To resolve the issue, the engineers restarted a service that handles user session state for the Bloomerang CRM, which effectively logged all currently active users out of the application. After logging back in, everything should function as normal. We apologize for the inconvenience.
