At 12 PM ET, there was a brief disruption of some CRM pages (including Dashboard, Reports, Constituents). This was related to some testing to narrow down issues from the same incident occurring late in the evening of 11/9. This issue was quickly resolved and provided the team with valuable information regarding the previous incident. The underlying root cause was a configuration issue in specific set of target groups in a CRM load balancer and has now been fixed.
