We have scheduled maintenance for Kindful Fundraising Tools beginning on Thursday, May 15 from 11:00 p.m. ET. through Friday, May 16 at 12:00 a.m. ET. This is essential to ensure the continued performance, reliability, and security of our systems.
- Access to Kindful Fundraising Tools through Bloomerang, including donation processing, will be completely inaccessible during this period. - Recurring donations and API requests to sync data may not process at the normal time but will process once systems are back online. Data will sync once systems are back in working status, by approximately 1:00 a.m. ET on 5/16, but must be resubmitted. - Any new donation attempts during this 1-hour window will not be processed.
