A fix has been implemented and we are seeing improved performance of the DonorSearch Generosity Score and Batch Screening services. Our team will continue to monitor the situation.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing degraded performance with our DonorSearch integration service. Users may notice the Generosity Score fail to refresh when clicking "Update". This is also affecting customers that have requested a DonorSearch Batch Screen service.

Our team is actively investigating this issue and will provide updates as they become available.
